SAY NO TO THE BOLERO!

SO, we woke up this morning and yep… its STILL snowing. I’m bored of it now. One thing the “Beast from the East” has done though is get us thinking of those beautiful winter weddings again and how to look stylish and warm on the big day for those amazing out door shots.

Bridal trends are changing and its a great time to be planning your wedding. Gone are the days that your Spring and Summer Weekends are packed full of friends weddings. Now we can expect to be invited to a wedding any time of year on any day of the week and we just love it! Today’s Bride gives zero f**** about tradition and today’s bride is a strong willed woman free to express her creativity, opinions and personality any way she wants.

With that said all bad ass brides have insecurities. More often than not brides are requesting sleeves on their wedding dress or a bolero to go over the top. Despite this, most brides opt for dresses without selves so what happens to our insecurities on the day or what do we do when the weather for the day is looking more Antarctica than Antigua?  Firstly our advice is you say a big NO to the Bolero and do your research.

Take a look below for some inspiration on Bridal Cover Up’s – 2018 style!

Hand Painted Leathers

Hand Painted Leathers have taken off this year. If you can’t quite stretch to commission some of the beautiful artists out there to produce a bespoke Jacket for your big day, take a look at some of the big high street and online retailers or even have a go at it yourself.
