Where is The Wild Heart Bridal located?
We are located at 112 Rochester High Street, Rochester, Kent, ME1 1JT. There is a pay and display parking opposite and plenty of parking nearby.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Ideally yes. We don't want to turn anyone away so please call or email to book your appointment. We are open Tuesday-Friday 10am-4pm and Saturday 9am-5.30pm. The last Saturday appointment can be booked at 4pm and during the week 2.30pm. Out of hours appointments (after 4pm during the week and Sundays) are available on request at a charge of £40. This charge is payable upon booking and will be redeemable against any purchase made in store. However if you are passing please do pop in to see us, even if we can't show you our dresses right away we may have a spare appointment later that day.
How long is the appointment?
All appointments are 1.5 hours long to allow you enough time to try on a variety of dresses and hopefully find your dream dress!
What and who should I bring with me?
Nude, plain underwear is advisable including a strapless bra. We have a small range of shoes available for use during appointments but if you have your wedding shoes already bring those, we love shoes! Due to space limitations we recommend you bring no more than 3 guests with you if possible.
What size gowns are available to try?
Our sample sizes vary depending on the gown and the designer but we are able to adapt most of our collection to fit sizes 6-16.
Price Range?
Our dresses start from approximately £900 to around £3000. However most of the collection is priced between £1000 and £2000.
How do I pay?
If you find 'The One' with us, (and we so hope you do) we require a 50% deposit to place your order. We accept card or cash payments. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full payment terms.
What is the ordering process?
When you find your dress we will take your measurements and order your dress direct from the designer. Ideally you will need to order your gown 6-9 months before your big day. Dresses can take 4-6 months to be delivered and you need to factor in any additional time required for alterations. However, if you are in a rush some of our designers offer a rush service for an additional fee. Please speak to us if your wedding is at short-notice and we'll always do our best to help.
Please be aware alterations are to be expected with any dress purchase to get the perfect fit for your body shape. Once your dress arrives to us in store you have the option of attending a fitting appointment with our talented seamstress who will make the necessary alterations or you are free to source your own seamstress to undertake the work. Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for alterations undertaken by yourself once the dress has left our premises. (Please see our T&Cs).
